Rill Rill Gains Real Momentum

Portland, OR - On July 28, Rill Rill jewelry will be featured at the weekly TGI Friday event hosted by YO VINTAGE!. Rill Rill is an electrifying jewelry line launched on Etsy March 3, 2011. Within four months of its start up it has already created a buzz in Portland and the virtual community. There have been over 67 orders, 82 "likes" on Facebook and several high-profile fashion blog mentions. Rill Rill's unique pieces have been picked up by two local boutiques, Mag-Big and The Ruby Box.

The TGI Friday event will feature special, one-of-a-kind, store-only Rill Rill creations, in addition to nail art, tarot card readings, and other surprises. The event will be one of Rill Rill's first major events and the excitement is thriving! Its next event is scheduled for Thursday, August 18 at Wieden & Kennedy.

Rill Rill has a refreshing design that captivates the balance between delicate and edgy. Currently the "leg chain" and "headpiece" is its best seller. The "slave bracelet", "arm band" and "barefoot sandal" are among the different styles.

Last Friday, Rill Rill made a large contribution of 15 hand-crafted pieces to the Alley 33 fashion show swag bags, gifted to fashion industry enthusiasts, press and designers. The Portland Mercury spotted Rill Rill designer, Katie Freedle wearing an original leg chain piece at the event, "Alley 33 Street Style".

Rill Rill has shot with various up-and-coming photographers and models; expect to see more photos and new designs mid August.
